About the position

The Senior Manager for Salesforce Revenue Cloud at PwC is responsible for providing consulting services to clients, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency through Salesforce applications. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support. The Senior Manager will leverage their expertise to guide teams, solve complex problems, and contribute to the firm's success by developing high-performing, diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs and implementing software solutions.
• Offer training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems and deliver quality results.
• Communicate effectively with clients, validating outcomes and sharing alternative perspectives.
• Direct the team through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
• Make difficult decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
• Model and reinforce professional and technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of consulting experience with expertise in Finance and Accounting functions, including Billing, Accounting, Cash & Collections.
• Proven knowledge of accounting systems/GL integration, billing systems, or revenue recognition.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting & Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
• Certifications such as Conga Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge, and Revenue Cloud Accredited professional.
• Experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect or Senior Business Consultant.
