About the position

Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs and implementing software solutions.
- Offer training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
- Lead teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.
- Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
- Craft and convey clear, impactful messages to clients.
- Validate outcomes with clients and act on their feedback.
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
- Make difficult decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 7 years of consulting experience with proven technical and functional expertise in Finance and Accounting functions.
- Proven knowledge of accounting systems/GL integration, billing systems, or revenue recognition.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting & Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
- Certifications such as Conga Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, and Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge.
- Experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect or Senior Business Consultant.
