We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our expanding Business Technology team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce professional with deep expertise in the Sales Cloud and related systems. As a member of our senior development and administration team, you will contribute to high-impact projects that enhance sales operations and align with critical company objectives. You will build and support solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including declarative tools and development in Force.com, object-oriented programming (OOP), async processes, Lightning LWC, Apex, Web Services, and APIs. You will provide Sales Cloud technical expertise on implementations and production support, identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality, troubleshoot and fix complex defects for planned releases and production issues, and support cross-systems and related integrations involving Salesforce and other integrated systems (e.g., Mulesoft). You will apply SFDC best practices and guidelines to enhance system productivity, scaling, and monitoring, and participate in all the Agile ceremonies for the successful completion of the sprint.
