About the position

Eclaro is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business innovation. As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable, maintainable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that enhance business processes. In this role, you will also be tasked with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Your hands-on experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration and ETL tools, will be essential in maintaining data integrity and optimizing data processes. You will be part of an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will need to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and provide training and support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Manage Salesforce data, including data migration and ETL processes.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable solutions within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required).
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred).
  • Strong experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, ETL tools, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable, maintainable solutions within Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
