Prolifics is seeking a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in managing agile projects and Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing scrum teams and project management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce implementation projects. Experience with health cloud implementations is a plus. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating communication between product and architect teams to resolve impediments for the scrum teams. This role requires the ability to drive two scrum teams, each consisting of 8-10 members, in parallel, ensuring successful program increment (PI) and program delivery. Additionally, the Scrum Master will manage project health, report on risks and issues, and oversee release and rollout planning, team capacity planning, and financial aspects of the project as needed. Proficiency in project management tools such as Rally, Miro, and MS Teams is essential.
