About the position
Prolifics is seeking a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in managing agile projects and Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing scrum teams and project management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce implementation projects. Experience with health cloud implementations is a plus. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating communication between product and architect teams to resolve impediments for the scrum teams. This role requires the ability to drive two scrum teams, each consisting of 8-10 members, in parallel, ensuring successful program increment (PI) and program delivery. Additionally, the Scrum Master will manage project health, report on risks and issues, and oversee release and rollout planning, team capacity planning, and financial aspects of the project as needed. Proficiency in project management tools such as Rally, Miro, and MS Teams is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage agile projects and scrum teams effectively.
- Facilitate communication between product and architect teams to resolve impediments.
- Drive two scrum teams in parallel for successful PI and program delivery.
- Manage, report, and escalate risks and issues related to project health.
- Oversee release and rollout planning, team capacity planning, and financial management for the project.
- Utilize project management tools like Rally, Miro, and MS Teams.
Requirements
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master and Salesforce Admin or relevant Salesforce certification.
- At least 5 years of experience managing agile projects and scrum teams.
- Minimum of 3 years handling Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong communication skills to work with product and architect teams.
- Ability to lead and drive multiple scrum teams effectively.
