About the position
Prolifics is seeking a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in managing agile projects and Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing scrum teams and project management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce implementation projects. Experience with health cloud implementation is a plus. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating communication between product and architect teams to resolve impediments for the scrum teams. This role requires the ability to drive two scrum teams, each consisting of 8-10 members, in parallel, ensuring successful program increment (PI) and program delivery. Additionally, the Scrum Master will manage project health, risk reporting, release planning, team capacity planning, and financial oversight as needed. Proficiency in project management tools such as Rally, Miro, and MS Teams is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate two scrum teams in parallel, ensuring successful PI and program delivery.
- Communicate effectively with Product and Architect teams to resolve impediments for scrum teams.
- Manage project health, risks, and issues, reporting and escalating as necessary.
- Oversee release and rollout planning, team capacity planning, and financial management for the project.
- Utilize project management tools like Rally, Miro, and MS Teams to track progress and facilitate collaboration.
Requirements
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master and Salesforce Admin or any relevant Salesforce certification.
- At least 5 years of experience managing agile projects and scrum teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Experience in managing project health, risks, and financial aspects.
