About the position

The Salesforce Scrum Master at Deloitte will lead a technical scrum team focused on developing a Salesforce-based grant and loan solution. This role involves managing Agile ceremonies, collecting and prioritizing requirements, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the development team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences and driving engagement for public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical scrum team of 6-9 members in building features for a Salesforce-based grant and loan solution.
• Run Agile ceremonies and manage the development process.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from clients and internal team members.
• Size requirements with development teams and schedule them on a product roadmap.
• Manage and track testing of requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Demo the solution to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as a SCRUM Master leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and technology development.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management.
• Experience in client management and product demonstration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with grant and loan solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Communities and Lightning Platform.
