As a Salesforce Scrum Master at Deloitte, you will be at the forefront of innovative technology solutions, leading a technical scrum team dedicated to building critical features for a Salesforce-based grant and loan solution. This role requires a creative thinker who is passionate about customer strategy, digital design, marketing, and platform development. You will play a vital role in enhancing user experiences and engagement throughout the lifecycle of customer interactions with public sector clients, including federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as higher education institutions. In this position, you will lead a team of 6 to 9 professionals, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective collaboration among team members. Your responsibilities will include collecting requirements from clients and internal stakeholders, sizing these requirements with the development team, prioritizing them, and scheduling them on a product roadmap. You will also manage and track the testing of these requirements, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and demonstrate the final solutions to stakeholders. While experience in grants and loans is a plus, it is not a strict requirement for this role.
