As a Salesforce Scrum Master at Deloitte, you will be at the forefront of innovative technology solutions, playing a crucial role in enhancing customer strategy, digital design, marketing, and platform development. Your role will involve leading daily scrum meetings, ensuring adherence to the scrum process, and facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will protect the team from external influences, foster a self-organizing environment, and drive continuous improvements to increase team velocity. In this position, you will also participate in scrum of scrum meetings with other Salesforce scrum teams, drive the development and documentation of user stories, and engage with the Product Owner and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMAs) to refine user stories. Your collaboration with offshore teams will be essential in explaining user stories and conducting user story acceptance with the business.
