About the position

As a Senior Associate Digital Product Manager at American Express, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital acquisition marketing products and delivering innovative capabilities for our marketing and sales partners. This position is situated within the Salesforce Integrated Sales & Marketing Product Team, which is part of our Enterprise Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). The team is dedicated to reimagining how we deliver platform solutions that enhance strategic agility, accelerate time to market, and optimize delivery effectiveness. Your mission will be to empower our marketing, sales, and account development teams to collaborate seamlessly and drive exceptional results in a multi-channel environment. In this high-profile role, you will be at the forefront of driving improvements to our digital acquisition marketing products. You will help define our product roadmap and strategy across digital acquisition, working closely with product teams, stakeholders, managed services, and end users to drive adoption, refinement, and value. This role positions you at the center of global markets, prospect segments, and business lines—areas where your impact will be significant. You will enable cutting-edge, cross-channel capabilities that empower our marketing teams to drive digital engagement and elevate prospect experiences at scale. Additionally, you will serve as the essential link between our users and teams, helping us iterate, test, and learn continuously. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance digital marketing products and develop new capabilities.
  • Drive engineering initiatives by working closely with the engineering team to achieve business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing, data, sales, technology, and compliance teams to understand their needs and advocate for optimal solutions.
  • Serve as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment across all parties.
  • Help define the product roadmap and strategy across digital acquisition.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a product development or marketing technology role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and influence priorities.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills to understand complex systems and processes.
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.
