As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work as part of an agile development team implementing various Salesforce clouds. You will leverage your in-depth familiarity with different Salesforce license models and limitations to configure systems according to client requirements. You will collaborate with the project team to conceptualize and define system architecture with a focus on scalability and ease of maintenance. Your role will also involve developing use cases on Salesforce using Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components, supporting the creation of technical documentation, implementing development and deployment best practices, and ensuring robust security and access controls within the system. Additionally, you will work with the quality assurance team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an agile development team implementing various Salesforce clouds.
• Leverage familiarity with different Salesforce license models and limitations to configure systems per client requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team to conceptualize and define system architecture focusing on scalability and ease of maintenance.
• Develop use cases on Salesforce using Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Support the creation of technical documentation in support of systems being developed.
• Implement development and deployment best practices and methodologies in a client setting.
• Support systems integration between Salesforce and other applications.
• Implement robust security and access controls within the system.
• Work with the quality assurance team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development in a professional setting.
• 3+ years working with Salesforce in a technical role.
• 1+ years experience in a Senior / Lead capacity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as administrator, platform developer I and II are desirable.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visual force pages.
• Experience writing Apex code following best practices.
• Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology.
• Demonstrated hands-on ability to create necessary technical documentation including high level systems design, low level systems design, system landscape, entity relationship diagrams, configuration workbooks, and other client deliverables for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel as needed.
