As a Service Cloud Architect at BILL, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer service capabilities through the design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. You will lead the technical design and implementation of various Service Cloud features, including Experience Cloud, Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel. Your technical leadership will guide development teams, ensuring that technical designs, code, and configurations are reviewed and approved. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance, ensuring that the solutions developed meet their needs. This includes overseeing the development of custom Salesforce applications, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security within the Salesforce platform, and implementing data migration strategies. You will also establish and enforce Salesforce development standards and governance processes, monitor performance, and propose innovative solutions to enhance Salesforce capabilities. Your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud will be crucial as you stay up-to-date with updates and new features, continuously seeking ways to improve business processes and customer service capabilities.
