About the position

Infosys is seeking a Salesforce - Technical Architect. As a Technical Architect, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in architecting the design for the given requirements; you will define the problem, propose and create the technical architecture for the project. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, helping to detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in implementing CRM solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical architecture aligns with the business requirements and that the solutions are scalable and maintainable. You will also be expected to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to provide innovative solutions to our clients. Your analytical and communication skills will be crucial as you work in a diverse team environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the design for given requirements and define the problem.
  • Propose and create the technical architecture for the project.
  • Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.

  • Help detail the project scope and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions on Salesforce Force.com platform.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
  • Experience in problem definition, architecture/technical design/data models.
  • Experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment.
  • Very good understanding of Salesforce platform and best practices for implementations.
  • Analytical and communication skills to work in a diverse team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components customization.
  • Experience with Apex programming and integration using REST APIs.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud on Salesforce Lightning platform.
  • Valid Salesforce Credentials - Platform Developer I and II, Sales Cloud Consultant/Service Cloud Certified Consultant, Salesforce Certified Architect.
