The Salesforce Solution Architect at Huron is a pivotal role focused on driving strategic growth and innovation within the High-Tech industry. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to drive strategic growth and navigate change.
  • Lead cloud implementation projects, particularly in Salesforce CPQ and SaaS solutions.
  • Identify business process modifications and create design documentation.
  • Develop test scripts and conduct end-user training.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and write reports with minimal supervision.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
  • Provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist in the High-Tech industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ Quoting and SaaS solutions.
  • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5 years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience in the High-Tech industry.
  • Project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
  • Experience as a functional application specialist.
  • Ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into documentation.
