Responsibilities

• Identify business process modifications and create design documents.
• Execute test script identification and develop end-user training.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
• Write basic reports with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with project managers and client team members.
• Provide coaching and leadership to develop and grow others.
• Contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6-10 years of experience with Salesforce cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with prior Manufacturing experience.
• Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation.

Nice-to-haves

• Project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
• Experience as a functional application specialist.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration quickly.
• Ability to train and develop Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions.
