About the position
The Salesforce Solution Architect at Martin's Point Health Care is responsible for aligning the organization's strategic goals with Salesforce solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes and technology to design effective solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform. The architect will guide digital transformation efforts, ensuring that projects meet business requirements while maximizing user experience, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic and tactical business goals into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Lead enterprise-level projects with independent judgment.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet data and access requirements.
- Work with Technical Architects on major integrations and code-level development solutions.
- Design overall data modeling to ensure solutions meet business needs effectively.
- Perform advanced Salesforce configuration and process automation, and install third-party applications as needed.
- Promote Salesforce internally through presentations on applications and future capabilities.
- Establish trust and credibility with Senior Leadership through clear communication and realistic deliverables.
- Stay informed of business operations and strategic goals to better serve users on the Salesforce platform.
- Review upcoming Salesforce releases and provide overviews to the Salesforce team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 7+ years of consulting or CRM implementation experience.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Participation and completion of badges in Trailhead.
- Experience using Apex Data Loader.
- Active participation in Salesforce User Groups and/or Conferences.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Person Accounts.
- Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud/Government Cloud Plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Shield.
