About the position

The Salesforce Solution Architect at Fujitsu will be responsible for designing and delivering multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce Platform, ensuring optimal business value for customers. This role involves assessing viable solution options, providing industry best practices, and leading customers through the entire Salesforce implementation lifecycle, from analysis to deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customer's Business & IT teams and project team.
  • Interact daily with business team to understand business processes, lead design workshops and document requirements.
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing communication and content using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assess and perform solution architecture for client's Salesforce Platform and integrated applications.
  • Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.
  • Document detailed functional, non-functional, and system interface requirements and user stories.
  • Identify current solution and system gaps and present technical alternatives.
  • Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements.
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce application configuration and development.
  • Create Salesforce system UI mock-ups and perform PoCs.
  • Contribute to project operational planning activities like estimations and staffing.
  • Define project plans, communication schedules, and milestones for delivery engagement success.
  • Manage project team members to design, build, test, and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and practices for delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure fiscal management of scope additions.
  • Conduct ongoing project reviews for completeness.
  • Support pre-sales activities and perform product demonstrations.
  • Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and participate in solution innovations activities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry experience in IT/Consulting.
  • Completed a minimum of 4+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
  • 5+ years of core Salesforce platform experience in CRM solutioning using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Commerce domains.
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge in areas like Field Service, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Order Management.
  • Experience in Agile & Waterfall models and undergone Scrum Agile training.
  • Excellent communication skills utilizing MS tools and experience in presentations.
  • Experience in content creation for blogs and white papers.
  • Willingness to travel on client engagements for up to 25%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce Industry accreditations in Manufacturing Cloud, Consumer Goods, or Energy and Utilities Cloud.
  • Salesforce Product Certifications like Salesforce Maps AP Exam or Advanced Field Service AP Exam.
  • Salesforce Einstein Certifications like CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant.
  • Agile Certified Practitioner.
