About the position

The Salesforce Solution Architect will serve as a client-facing expert responsible for the architecture and configuration of Salesforce solutions, particularly in Sales, Service, and Community clouds. This role involves understanding complex business problems, gathering requirements, and delivering robust solutions that align with client objectives. The architect will lead technical design sessions, manage custom development and integrations, and provide mentorship to junior resources, ensuring high-quality outcomes in Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Function as the go-to expert in all aspects of declarative platform architecture and configuration.
• Understand and solve complex business problems for clients.
• Gather requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Translate business strategy and requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions aligned with client business objectives.
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Manage technical scopes and client expectations effectively.
• Provide hands-on expert-level technical assistance to developers.
• Design and manage execution of test plans to ensure quality solutions are delivered.
• Demonstrate technical and business thought leadership to clients and partners.
• Coach and mentor junior technical resources, ensuring their ongoing development.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Sales, Service, and Community cloud implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in declarative platform architecture and configuration.
