About the position

The Salesforce Solution Architect will serve as a client-facing expert responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. The architect will lead technical design sessions, manage custom development and integrations, and mentor junior resources while ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Function as the go-to expert in all aspects of declarative platform architecture and configuration, particularly in Sales, Service, and Community clouds.
• Understand and solve complex business problems by gathering requirements and designing scalable solutions.
• Translate business strategy and requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Lead technical design sessions to create solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
• Manage technical scopes and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide hands-on expert-level technical assistance to developers.
• Design and manage execution of test plans to ensure quality solutions are delivered.
• Demonstrate technical and business thought leadership to clients and partners.
• Coach and mentor junior technical resources, ensuring their ongoing development in Salesforce projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce solutions.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
• Proven expertise in Sales, Service, and Community cloud implementations.
