About the position

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Bloomerang, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and drive organizational success. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to both the team and clients, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the solutions provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce and produce a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and document project scope.
• Oversee the development and testing process to ensure the Salesforce solution works as expected.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain system security.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
• Document system configurations, design, and technical specifications.
• Resolve complex issues related to Salesforce implementation and usage.

Requirements

• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud support.
• Proven track record of collaborative project work.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
