About the position

The Salesforce Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in the Salesforce Delivery team, focusing on driving customer engagements by identifying process gaps and implementing effective solutions across various industry verticals, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This position requires the architect to act as the primary design owner and trusted subject matter expert for all related deliverables, ensuring the successful adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support demand generation activities by providing subject matter expertise and sales cycle support.
  • Lead strategic road mapping, solution architecture, and delivery of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds to unify business processes firm-wide.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions across sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Define and manage programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness and user adoption through training and change management.
  • Establish integrations between Salesforce and Spaulding Ridge's technology portfolio.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of security, data models, processes, rules, and approval flows to meet business requirements.
  • Define metrics and reports to measure process quality and user adoption to resolve issues.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across existing client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams on Sales and Service Cloud.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture.
  • Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform.
  • Possess a current Salesforce certification in one of the core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
  • Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment.
  • Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability.
  • Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation).
  • Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
