About the position

The Salesforce Solution Architect will play a critical role in client-facing engagements, serving as the expert in Salesforce platform architecture and configuration, particularly in Sales, Service, and Community clouds. This position involves understanding complex business challenges and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions, ensuring robust and scalable implementations that align with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Function as the go-to expert in all aspects of declarative platform architecture and configuration.
• Understand and solve complex business problems for clients.
• Gather requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business strategy and requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead technical design sessions to align solutions with client business objectives.
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Manage technical scopes and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide hands-on expert-level technical assistance to developers.
• Design and manage execution of test plans to ensure quality solutions are delivered.
• Demonstrate technical and business thought leadership to clients and partners.
• Coach and mentor junior technical resources on Salesforce projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce solutions.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
• Proven expertise in Sales, Service, and Community cloud implementations.
