About the position

The Salesforce Solution Architect at Versaterm will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the current Salesforce instance while overseeing integrations with other corporate systems. This position is pivotal in leading efforts to optimize the Salesforce environment, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and overseeing seamless application integrations. The architect will be responsible for crafting scalable solutions, providing technical leadership to teams, and fostering collaborative partnerships with stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, the Salesforce Solution Architect will also lead and manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Salesforce instance management, solution design, and integration oversight. They will be comfortable with stakeholder collaboration and team management, maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. A passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead of Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Salesforce-specific certifications (such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM221), or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Unlimited and Integration Tools is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration techniques is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading and executing complex Salesforce + ERP integrations.
