As a Salesforce Solution Architect within our Health Solutions Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers tackle their most pressing challenges through technology and modernization. This position is not just about implementing Salesforce solutions; it’s about shaping the future of healthcare technology and making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and communities. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing comprehensive reports that outline findings, recommended steps, and a strategic roadmap for Salesforce solutions. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept that help define requirements and drive project success. You will ensure that all Salesforce solutions comply with government security requirements, including FEDRAMP, IL4+, ATO, and other relevant standards, thereby ensuring the integrity and security of our solutions. Your expertise will extend to integrating Salesforce with other systems and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, reviewing existing solutions, and recommending improvements. You will take ownership of the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions, ensuring that all designs are well-documented and justified. Additionally, you will supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance. As part of your responsibilities, you will also support business development and proposal efforts for U.S. government clients, leveraging your extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to drive new opportunities and enhance our service offerings. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leading projects that make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
  • Ensure all Salesforce solutions adhere to government security requirements such as FEDRAMP, IL4+, ATO, and other relevant security standards
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and COTS products
  • Review solutions and recommend improvements
  • Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Health, Service, and platform solutions
  • Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications
  • Ensure documentation of the steps for testing
  • Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications
  • Collaborative project and workstream planning
  • Support BD and Proposal efforts for US Government Clients

Requirements

  • BS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain
  • At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects
  • At least one of the following Salesforce certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Consultant
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Health cloud solutions for healthcare customers
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
  • A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends
  • Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
  • A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
  • Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
  • Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
