About the position

As a Salesforce Solution Design Architect at Concentrix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experience through innovative Salesforce solutions. You will be part of the Concentrix Catalyst team, which is dedicated to enhancing experience design and engineering capabilities. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, as you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both high-level and detailed designs for Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. Your architectural guidance will be crucial during the implementation phase, ensuring that development teams adhere to best practices in coding, design, and security. In this role, you will engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their strategic goals, translating these into technical specifications and architectural designs. You will lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, which includes custom development, integration with external systems, and data migration. Your oversight will extend to managing Salesforce environments, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow. Comprehensive technical documentation will be a key deliverable, including architectural diagrams, data models, and configuration guides. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities to leverage new functionalities to enhance business processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-level and detailed designs for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide architectural guidance and oversight to development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their strategic goals.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Lead technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integration with external systems, and data migration.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, design, and security are followed.
  • Oversee the management of Salesforce environments, including development, testing, and production.
  • Ensure effective performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow across systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architectural diagrams, data models, and configuration guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
  • Knowledge of data modeling, security, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect required; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
