As a Salesforce Solution Design Architect at Concentrix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experience through innovative Salesforce solutions. You will be part of the Concentrix Catalyst team, which is dedicated to enhancing experience design and engineering capabilities. You will also oversee the management of Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance and security across development, testing, and production stages. Integration is another key aspect of your role, as you will design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
