As a Salesforce Solution Design Architect at Concentrix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experience through innovative Salesforce solutions. Your technical leadership will be crucial as you lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integration with external systems, and data migration. You will also oversee the management of Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance and security across development, testing, and production stages. Your expertise will extend to designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and other tools to ensure data integrity and seamless data flow. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, which includes architectural diagrams, data models, and configuration guides.
