About the position

The company is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect and Manager to lead the development of Salesforce modules within the Client Technology Management team. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. As a Team Lead, you will act as a technical thought leader and hands-on Tech Lead on the Salesforce platform and its integrated ecosystem. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce Team, ensuring that process and delivery needs are met while also managing some personnel responsibilities. In this position, you will lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. You will develop and maintain the technical architecture, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and adheres to industry best practices. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, as you will gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. You will also design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Your role will involve configuring and customizing Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports, specifically to support asset management and financial services processes. You will provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, data security, and compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly those related to Financial Services Cloud standards. Conducting technical reviews and quality assurance will be essential to ensure that solutions meet high standards and align with architectural guidelines. As a mentor, you will support development teams by providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Salesforce and asset management processes will also be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with team members iteratively through the stages of development, quality assurance, launch, and maintenance, ensuring that the team consistently delivers high-quality work on time. Additionally, you will provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative digital solutions to business problems, engaging strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise and serving as an expert advisor to leadership. Creating a positive collaborative team culture and mentoring junior developers will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital solutions to business problems.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior developers, creating a positive collaborative team culture across various roles.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce solutions architecture and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 5 years of experience with Salesforce, specifically with Financial Services Cloud.
