About the position
The Salesforce Systems Development Engineer role within Salesforce Success Central focuses on building tools that enhance security and operational maturity for third-party platforms at Amazon. The position involves designing and delivering scalable solutions, automating processes, and collaborating with various teams to improve user experiences and governance. The role is pivotal in driving the strategy and execution of security enablement initiatives, particularly as the team embarks on an AI/ML journey to enhance security assessments.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build scalable solutions for the security enablement team.
- Provide solutions for Amazon Salesforce Inspector UX and native AWS tools to automate operations of Salesforce orgs.
- Simplify and reinvent systems and processes to enhance customer experiences.
- Lead the development and delivery of cloud services and CRM solutions.
- Define strategy, vision, and roadmap for multi-year cloud technology solutions.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across CRM and AWS environments.
Requirements
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- 5+ years of experience developing highly scalable solutions in Salesforce.
