The Salesforce System Admin role is a contract position based in Temple Terrace, FL, focusing on managing and optimizing Salesforce systems to support business processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce systems to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Directors to align Salesforce functionalities with business needs.
  • Interact with various departments including Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Identify and implement solutions to address gaps in business processes from a technical and project management perspective.
  • Utilize Agile framework principles to enhance project delivery and system improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or higher is required.
  • Experience in SaaS business processes and solutions implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Agile framework.
