About the position

The Salesforce Technical Analyst & Architect position is a hybrid role based in Oak Brook, requiring three days on-site work. The successful candidate will join a client in the manufacturing sector that is currently undergoing a significant implementation of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in Salesforce Business Analysis, coupled with some experience in Salesforce Architecture and Design. The client is looking for professionals who can contribute to the ongoing project and help shape the future of their Salesforce environment. Candidates must be US citizens or Green Card holders, as the company cannot provide sponsorship for work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions that meet business needs, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the Salesforce team during the implementation process.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce architecture, design, and configurations.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members on Salesforce best practices and tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant.
• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and Design.
• Strong background in Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Proven implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Architect.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
