About the position

As a Salesforce Technical Architect at Cognizant, you will be responsible for engineering, architecting, and delivering high-quality solutions for clients using Salesforce. This role involves leading delivery teams, producing enterprise-standard implementations, and acting as a subject matter expert to drive innovative solutions across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer's business requirements.
• Create, manage, and present an actionable Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD) that aligns a customer's technical business needs with Salesforce solutions.
• Design and architect solutions for large-scale customers, collaborating with development teams.
• Hands-on development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and features.
• Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders.
• Drive Design Authority Board sessions with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of design reviews and approvals.

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce Configuration/Customization, LWCs, Salesforce Integration, Salesforce Data, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, SFDC Sharing and Visibility.
• Hands-on Technical Architecture Experience.
• Experience in automation using Flows.
• Good knowledge of Omnichannel configurations.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves
