About the position

The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural artifacts, establishing best practices for Salesforce implementations, and mentoring developers. This role involves consulting with clients to provide technical solutions and architecture guidance, ensuring adherence to design standards, and collaborating with various IT functions to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions with client stakeholders and document outcomes, designing appropriate solutions and architecture based on gathered information.
  • Partner with other IT functions to ensure collaboration, consistency, quality, and timeliness of solutions, presenting recommendations confidently.
  • Review various solution options, defining pros and cons, and making recommendations based on client needs.
  • Design and present ideas, as well as build proof of concepts (POC) independently for various solutions.
  • Review and evaluate potential Salesforce capabilities or tools for client-specific needs or additional competencies.
  • Participate in the delivery of custom solutions following the scaled Agile (SAFe) framework methodology.
  • Ensure adherence to known design and development patterns and standards of Salesforce by self and development team.
  • Work closely with other architects to ensure consistency and quality of solutions and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with the ability to transform business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
  • Strong understanding of current architecture by reviewing code and suggesting designs for new features and enhancements.
  • Extensive integration experience for connecting multiple enterprise systems with Salesforce.
  • Ability to contribute towards the growth of the practice by building additional competencies or accelerators.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances.
