About the position

The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions using Salesforce.com tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technology-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, enterprise-wide business solutions using Salesforce.com tools.
• Develop guidelines to support the design and implementation of IT platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technology-based solutions.
• Create, influence, and drive customer vision through effective communication.
• Support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions using Salesforce.com tools.
• PD2/Architect Certified with exposure to SFDC modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional Salesforce modules beyond Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
