About the position

The Salesforce Technical Lead at Capgemini is responsible for the technical design and delivery of Salesforce.com applications. This role involves collaborating with functional teams to create blueprints for technical solutions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of fully functional solutions to clients. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, particularly in sales and service cloud, and a strong understanding of the force.com platform.

Responsibilities

  • Technical design and delivery of Salesforce.com applications.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to blueprint technical designs considering functional, technical, non-functional, and integration needs.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process.
  • Deliver a fully working technical solution to the project manager and client at the end of the test phase.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience on Salesforce platform and implementation experience.
  • Handled a minimum of 8-10 implementations around sales and service cloud for large enterprises with significant customizations using the force.com platform.
  • Deep knowledge of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, and Lightning component framework.
  • Minimum 3.5 years of lightning implementation experience.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practices around design and development.
  • Possess at least one developer certification.
  • Extensive experience working in an onsite/offshore model.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns, and ability to write clean, well-refactored maintainable code.
  • Experience in integrating SFDC with SAP, Oracle, and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience using GIT and VS CODE in DEV OPS process.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience on Salesforce1 and Salesforce mobile.
  • Knowledge of advanced lightning components and Chatter API.
