About the position
The Salesforce Technical Architect at Wipro Limited plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful design and implementation of enterprise networking systems tailored to meet client needs. In addition to project management, the Technical Architect will engage with software developers to identify system software needs and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the integration process. This position also entails overseeing the performance of newly installed or upgraded systems, ensuring they meet the expected standards. Training staff on system procedures and providing post-installation feedback are also key responsibilities, ensuring that the organization can effectively utilize the new systems. To excel in this role, the Technical Architect must possess extensive knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration, along with a solid foundation in computer hardware and networking systems. Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and office software is essential, as is the ability to solve complex IT issues and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with the IT manager to determine the company's current and future needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
- Previous work experience as a technical architect.
- Managerial experience.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and Office software.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications.
- Ability to problem solve complex IT issues.
