About the position

As a Salesforce Technical Architect at Cognizant, you will be responsible for engineering, architecting, and delivering high-quality solutions for clients using Salesforce.com. This role involves leading delivery teams, producing enterprise-standard implementations, and ensuring tailored solutions that include complex UX/UI, integrations, security, and automation. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to design innovative solutions across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation on product and solution aspects based on customer business requirements.
• Create, manage, and present actionable Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) that align customer needs with Salesforce solutions.
• Design and architect solutions for large-scale customers, collaborating with development teams.
• Hands-on development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and features.
• Drive Design Authority Board sessions with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of design reviews and approvals.

Requirements

• Salesforce Configuration/Customization experience.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Salesforce Integration.
• Experience with Salesforce Data, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on Technical Architecture experience.
• Experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Banking preferred.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a global field service implementation project.
• Strong communication skills for technical solutions and design tradeoffs.
