About the position

The Salesforce Technical Architect will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and oversee technical implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining best practices and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and governance in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10 years of Salesforce experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and implementation.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools and techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or other advanced Salesforce modules.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
