We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Owner/Manager to join our expanding Information Technology team in Bellevue, WA. This role is crucial for shaping the digital experiences that align with our company's vision. The Product Owner will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, which includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with engineering and support teams to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Owner will also ensure that the product aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals. The ideal candidate will have a progressive career in IT spanning over 8 years, with at least 5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for a SaaS product. A valid Salesforce certification is a must, along with essential experience in Salesforce, particularly in Service Cloud. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features, staying updated on new releases and functionalities. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with strong product design and interaction design skills. In this role, the Product Owner will be user-focused, ensuring that the customer remains at the heart of all decisions. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the product roadmap while balancing budget, timelines, and other constraints. The Product Owner will develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's product strategy and business objectives. Regular communication of strategy and key metrics in product sync-up meetings with business peers and interlocked teams is essential. The role also involves gathering valuable inputs, updating plans accordingly, and communicating their impact to relevant stakeholders. The Product Owner will take the initiative in gathering requirements, providing clear interpretations using user stories, and writing detailed product requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. A data-driven approach is crucial, as decisions should be based on facts rather than opinions. The candidate should exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to engage in hands-on work to achieve goals, measuring product performance and value delivered to clients, and adjusting product roadmaps and plans as necessary.
