About the position

The Salesforce Tester (QA/Provar Automation - Apttus/Conga CLM) position at Cigna Hub in Baltimore, Maryland, is a contract role focused on providing high-level consultation and support for the development and implementation of Salesforce applications. The role requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in QA and testing, particularly in Salesforce functional testing and automation. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering teams and product owners to ensure the quality and effectiveness of Salesforce applications across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultation at the highest technical level to engineering teams and product owners assisting with the successful development and implementation of Salesforce applications across multiple lower environments.
• Consults with client and IT management and engineering teams throughout the project life cycle, to assist and support the design, development and implementation of effective systems.
• Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with QA standards and IT strategy.
• Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow as part of Salesforce Functional Testing.
• Collaborates with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing. Ensures that functional tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
• Analyzes, designs new or modified Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and standards and assists in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered Salesforce application enhancements.
• Participates in the review of Provar Automation Scripts and consults with IT staff and client areas in resolving questions during the automated regression testing process.

Requirements

• QA Lead experience of 3+ years
• Salesforce Functional Testing Experience of 5+ years
• Test Automation Experience of 3+ years
• Apttus / Conga CLM Testing Experience is a big plus
• Provar Automation and Provar Test Manager Experience is a plus
• Good Communication Skills
• Leadership skills
