About the position

The Salesforce Tester role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce test applications, workflows, and integrations. The primary focus is on ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing and collaboration with agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce test applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Create and execute QA test plans/scripts.
• Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
• Support agile scrum teams in the test script development and execution of system and end-to-end testing for Salesforce based applications.
• Automate business processes and data management to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, data, and integrations.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on Salesforce features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet evolving business needs.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and enhancements to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce testing and QA processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce applications and functionalities.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and scripts.
• Experience with automation tools for testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
