About the position

Responsibilities

• Create and design customer email communications using copywriting skills.
• Utilize Stripo or similar WYSIWYG email tools for email development.
• Incorporate feedback from various content reviewers into email designs.
• Work cross-functionally within project management frameworks such as Agile/Scrum.
• Balance attention to detail with big-picture objectives in content production.
• Identify effective design elements within brand style guides and email templates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in copywriting and content design.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and HTML.
• Strong design acumen with the ability to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Experience using Stripo or similar email building tools.
• Ability to work within enterprise-scale email development workflows.
