About the position

The Salesforce UX/UI Consultant will work on a contract basis for a leading client, focusing on Salesforce UI/UX design. This hybrid role requires the consultant to work three days a week in either Boston, New York City, or Atlanta, with two days of remote work. The position involves collaborating with key stakeholders, product owners, and mentoring while designing user interfaces and experiences within the Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements for Salesforce UI/UX design.
• Design Salesforce user interfaces and user experiences using the Salesforce Lightning Design system.
• Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Test designs and ensure they meet user needs and business goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/UI experience.
• Proven experience in Salesforce UI/UX design.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Component Framework.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Figma.
