About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Advise customers on electrical and plumbing products, including switches, boxes, panels, and water heaters.
• Assist customers with tools, hardware, and materials needed for DIY projects.
• Proactively find ways to improve the customer experience.
• Communicate effectively and develop productive working relationships with customers and team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail experience.
• Some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or home improvement.
