About the position

The Change Manager at SalonCentric, a leader in beauty product distribution, plays a pivotal role in overseeing change coordination at the site level in accordance with the program change management strategy. This position requires the individual to build and implement local change management strategies, ensuring that all program change documents, including training materials and communication plans, are localized effectively. The Change Manager will support GoLive! change activities and ensure that there is collaboration between key users, facilitating the adequate execution of training at the site level. This role is integral to the local project team, combining elements of process improvement, project management, and adult learning to drive successful change initiatives. In this position, the Change Manager will connect with other Zone and Global Change Managers to foster continuous improvement across the organization. The role demands a proactive approach to managing change, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the change process. The Change Manager will also be responsible for performing change diagnostics at the site level, which includes conducting change surveys, mapping stakeholders, and developing change process maps and project plans. This comprehensive approach ensures that the change initiatives are not only implemented effectively but are also sustainable in the long term.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and rolls-out the local change management strategy.
  • Ensures the localization of documentation, including training materials and communication plans.
  • Support GoLive! change activities.
  • Ensures collaboration between key users and adequate execution of trainings at site level.
  • Connect with other Zone and Global Change Managers for continuous improvement.
  • Perform the change diagnostic at site level (change survey, stakeholders mapping, change process map and project plan).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a 4-year college and 3 years relative experience.
  • Ideally, previous project & change management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams).
  • Knowledge of Warehouse activity or Supply Chain.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Leadership competency and communication skills to varying audiences (from shift start up announcements to weekly presentations to corporate executives).
