The Salon Concierge at Craft + Theory Hair Studio is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and managing the guest experience in an eco-friendly, award-winning salon. The position involves greeting guests, managing appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the salon's sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
• Manage salon appointments, phone calls, and scheduling with efficiency and care.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, including handling payments and retail purchases.
• Provide information about our stylists, services, and eco-friendly product lines.
• Keep the front desk area organized, inviting, and true to our sustainable values.
• Communicate seamlessly with stylists and team members to deliver a flawless guest experience.
• Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in a salon or spa setting
• Supervising experience
• Basic math skills
• Organizational skills
• Customer service skills
• Phone etiquette
• Cash handling experience
• Driver's License
