The Luxury Salon Front Desk Team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a multi-service salon environment. This role involves assisting customers with scheduling appointments, understanding salon products and specials, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The position requires a charismatic personality, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive first and last impression for clients.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments and understanding salon products and specials.
• Follow all company policies and procedures while performing front desk duties.
• Handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Maintain open availability from Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
