About the position

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the salon, providing leadership, and ensuring a positive work environment. This role involves managing staff, enhancing profitability, and delivering high-quality hair care services. The Salon Manager acts as a mentor and coach, guiding employees to improve their skills and client relationships while maintaining the salon's standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations of the salon and provide leadership for staff.
• Help staff increase their clientele and business profitability.
• Provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts with the highest quality.
• Act as a coach and mentor to salon employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to perform administrative tasks.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
