As a Salon Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the salon team by providing a superior client experience. This includes offering additional styling services and product benefits, making JCPenney Salon the destination of choice for our clients. You will educate customers about the benefits of our retail products and services, driving conversion and sales by turning retail customers into loyal JCPenney Salon clients. Your efforts will facilitate the growth of the salon, and you will be expected to assist customers by seeking them out, listening to their needs, and providing solutions to their hair concerns through salon services and product benefits. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner closely with salon associates to offer additional salon services such as deep conditioning, glossing, and color treatments to enhance the overall client experience. Your passion for salon services and products will shine through as you engage with clients, ensuring they leave feeling beautiful and satisfied. In this part-time position, you will be expected to solve problems, make smart decisions that drive sales and customer service, and take ownership of your actions.
