As a Salon Receptionist, you will support the salon team by providing a superior client experience through offering additional styling services and product benefits, making our salon the destination of choice for clients. You will strive to know your clients and their expectations better than ever before, and be driven to respond in a timely fashion by listening and interacting with them. In this role, you will educate customers about the benefits of retail products and the value of each hair service. You will drive conversion and sales by complimenting people and turning retail customers into JCPenney Salon clients through your great value and service provider technical skills. Your efforts will facilitate the growth of the salon. You will seek out customers and do whatever you can to make their experience unforgettable by listening, helping, educating, and offering solutions to their hair concerns through salon services and the benefits of retail products. You will partner and collaborate with salon associates by offering additional salon services, such as deep conditioning, glossing, and color, to the service provider's clients.
